Discount

Any discount applied to a purchase order, invoice, quotation, or transaction is subject to the pricing terms agreed between the buyer and the supplier. Discounts may vary depending on order value, product quantity, commercial arrangements, promotional conditions, negotiated pricing, supplier terms, or other applicable factors.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a discount applies only to the specific transaction for which it is granted and does not establish a permanent pricing arrangement or guarantee the same discount on future orders.

Discounts are generally calculated before applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, handling fees, or other additional costs unless the relevant document expressly states otherwise. Where multiple discounts or pricing adjustments are available, they may not be combined unless specifically approved.

Any discrepancy relating to a discount should be reported before final payment or order confirmation whenever reasonably possible. The parties may review and correct pricing or discount errors where necessary to ensure that the final transaction accurately reflects the agreed commercial terms.

The supplier reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline discretionary discounts before final order acceptance where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Once an order has been formally accepted, any subsequent adjustment should be documented and agreed by the relevant parties.
